Children aged 6 and 7 who are already patients of the practice are eligible to apply for the Under 8s GP visit card.
Intermediate
More information and online registration can be found here . If your child turned 6 before July 1st this year you will need to re-apply.
Advanced
Children who are not registered for the scheme will not be eligible for free GP care and will continue in their existing arrangement as private patients.
